    Wellbeing Events

One-off activities lose momentum. Alongside the app, you run themed campaigns through the year. Each one runs itself once it's scheduled.

    • Choose all employees, or particular departments and locations
    • Employees get an email and a calendar invite, plus nudges in the app
    • Each event has its own page: your introduction and curated workshops, Moments and resources
    • Joining is optional, so quieter employees are never exposed

Rewards that keep people coming back

Small daily actions earn Momentum Points. Points turn into chances to win and rewards you choose, so the habit sticks.

    Voucher draws

Employees enter draws with their points: Amazon, Costa, Tesco or cinema vouchers. Run them for your colleagues only, or join community-wide draws.

    Your own rewards

Create digital rewards employees earn with points, such as a Wellbeing Champion badge.

    Act early, and support managers

    Wellbeing Alerts

An email to named HR contacts when a team's score drops, with suggested next steps. Teams of five or more only.

    Manager toolkit

Practical guidance, conversation prompts and team insight for line managers.

    Momentum Points

Points for small daily actions, streaks and milestones, without turning wellbeing into a competition between individuals.

Alongside your EAP, not instead of it

An employee assistance programme is there when someone reaches crisis. OptiMe works on the everyday, and points employees to your EAP when they need it.

    What buyers ask us first

Can anyone see an individual's answers?

No. Managers and HR see results only for groups of five or more, and free-text answers are never shown. An employee's name reaches you only if they choose to ask for support and agree to share it.

Do employees need to download anything?

No. Pulse arrives by email and works in any browser. With Pro, employees can also add the app to their phone's home screen if they want it.

    How is it priced?

Flat bands by organisation size, monthly or annual, never per seat. Pulse starts at £39 a month billed annually. Annual saves about 20%. See pricing.

    Can it carry our brand?

Pulse can use your logo, colours and reply-to email. Pro adds co-branding; Enterprise is fully white label.
