OptiMe provides a comprehensive wellbeing platform that includes:

Personalized wellbeing assessments across six life pillars
Access to expert-led workshops and educational content
AI-powered wellbeing coaching through Lottie
Progress tracking and analytics
Reward system for completed activities
Community features and resources

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of OptiMe, you must register for an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Maintain the security of your password and account
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

5. Free Trial

OptiMe offers a free trial period for new users to experience the full platform:

Trial periods are typically 7 or 14 days
During the trial, you will have full access to all content including Moments, workshops, AI coaching with Lottie, and the rewards system
No payment is required during the trial period
You will receive reminder notifications before your trial ends
Trial offers may vary and are subject to availability

OptiMe for Business

Organisations may access OptiMe through enterprise agreements. Business users are subject to both these terms and any additional terms specified in their organisation's agreement with OptiMe. Enterprise pricing and features are available upon request.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on OptiMe, including text, graphics, logos, videos, audio, software, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to OptiMe and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works from our content
Distribute, transmit, or publicly display our content without permission
Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
Use our content for commercial purposes without authorization

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OptiMe and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OptiMe operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Rewards and Momentum Points

OptiMe offers a rewards system ("Momentum Points") to encourage engagement:

Points are earned through completing activities, workshops, and maintaining streaks
Points can be redeemed for rewards from our catalogue
Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold
OptiMe reserves the right to modify point values and available rewards at any time
Points may expire if your account is inactive for an extended period
Abuse of the rewards system may result in account suspension
