How does pricing work for organisations?
We offer 8-week pilot programmes for organisations to trial OptiMe with their teams. After the pilot, we provide flexible annual licensing based on your organisation size. Contact us for a tailored quote–there are no hidden fees.
Is there a free plan for organisations?
No. Individuals can start with a 7-day free trial. Organisations choose between OptiMe Pulse (lightweight check-ins), OptiMe Pro (full app + HR dashboard) or Enterprise. All three begin with a short paid pilot.
Is there a free trial for paid features?
Yes – we run a short paid pilot on OptiMe Pulse, OptiMe Pro and Enterprise so you can experience the platform before committing to an annual licence.
Can we upgrade or downgrade our plan?
Absolutely! You can change your plan at any time to match your organisation's evolving needs. Our team will help ensure a smooth transition.
How is pricing calculated for paid plans?
Pricing uses flat bands based on organisation size – not per seat. Smaller organisations sit in lower bands, larger organisations in higher bands, with predictable annual costs and no per-employee surprises. Contact us for the band that matches your size.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and can set up invoicing for enterprise customers. Annual billing options are also available with a discount.
What security and privacy protections come as standard?
Every plan – Pulse, Pro and Enterprise – includes UK/EU hosting, encryption in transit and at rest, a GDPR data-processing agreement, row-level access controls scoped to your organisation, and anonymous reporting with a minimum 5-response threshold. Managers never see individual scores.
Why are some security features Enterprise-only?
This is standard practice in B2B software. Enterprise buyers typically have procurement, IT and compliance requirements that smaller teams do not, so features such as SSO and SAML, directory sync for joiners and leavers, audit logging, scoped API access, data residency choices, contractual SLAs and white-label or isolated deployments sit in the Enterprise tier. Baseline protections stay the same for everyone.
Can you complete our security questionnaire?
Yes. Enterprise includes a full security review pack with penetration-test summaries, architecture detail and questionnaire completion. On OptiMe Pro we can complete standard security questionnaires on request.
